Pricing is a positioning decision as much as a financial calculation. Qatar founders can protect margin and trust by testing a simple price architecture with real buyers.
Start with the value and the cost floor
Calculate the direct cost of delivery, payment, support and returns. Then describe the measurable outcome for the customer: hours saved, risk reduced, revenue enabled or convenience gained. Interview different segments because a corporate buyer and a household may value the same service differently.
Test a small menu of choices
- Offer a clear starter package, a standard option and a premium response level.
- Show what each tier includes, excludes and how quickly it is delivered.
- Use Qatari riyal amounts and explain taxes or extra charges plainly.
- Review discounts as a cost of acquisition, with an expiry date.
Record every objection and every accepted quote. After ten to twenty sales conversations, adjust the package before changing the headline price.
